Recently, TKCK Partners in the Providence Office, James Hornstein and Courtney Manchester, authored the Second Edition of MCLE’s Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Practice and Procedure Manual, Chapter 8, “Practice and Procedure From the Employer’s Perspective.”

This manual details the trial practice in the RI Workers’ Compensation Court, the responsibilities and burdens of proof imposed on employers, and best practices that should be followed by employers in the pretrial and trial phases of a litigated claim to achieve the optimum results.
