The Maximum Compensation rate is $1,487.78 for injuries on or after October 1, 2020.
The Minimum Compensation rate is $297.56 for injuries on or after October 1, 2020.

CONNECTICUT
For Injuries on or after October 1, 2020:
Temporary and Permanent Total Disability:
- Maximum weekly compensation benefit is $1,373.00
- Minimum weekly compensation benefit is 20% of the maximum weekly benefit ($274.60),not to exceed 75% of the employee’s average weekly wage
Temporary Partial Disability:
- Maximum weekly compensation benefit is $1,174.00
- No minimum weekly compensation benefit applies
Permanent Partial Disability:
- Maximum weekly compensation benefit is $1,174.00
- Minimum weekly compensation benefit is $50.00

(State Average Weekly Wage Notice)
The State Average Weekly Wage effective
July 1, 2020 (for injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2013) is $889.34.
The multiplier as of July 1, 2020 is 1.03799. This multiplier is obtained by dividing the new SAWW by the preceding year’s average weekly wage.
There is no annual adjustment for injuries occurring
on or after January 1, 1993. There is no adjustment
for injuries occurring on or after November 20, 1987 during periods of partial incapacity.
