Jonathan M. Zajac is a seasoned workers’ compensation defense attorney, bringing over two decades of specialized firm leadership to the practice. Jonathan focuses exclusively on representing nationally recognized employers, self-insureds, and insurance carriers in all facets of workers’ compensation law. His expertise spans zealous claims adjudication at all hearing levels, as well as protecting employer subrogation rights in third-party cases. Prior to joining TKCK, Jonathan spent 25 years as the owner and managing attorney of a prominent Connecticut-based insurance defense firm.
