Erika Soong

Erika G. Soong has been representing clients in Vermont and Massachusetts since joining TKCK in 2004. With over 20 years of legal experience, she has handled all aspects of insurance defense and has successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Prior to joining TKCK, she worked as a civil litigation attorney.

Erika is a graduate of American University, with a double major in History and International Studies. She then graduated from Suffolk University Law School, where she was involved in the Health & Employment Law Clinic, advocating for clients regarding social security benefits, and served as editor of the Massachusetts Legal History Journal.

Erika is a contributing author to the MCLE Workers' Compensation Law Conference, including chapters entitled Recent Case Law, Coordination of Other Benefits, and Dealing with Liens.
