Biography
Shelley Harvey joined TKCK as an associate attorney in August 2015.
Prior to joining TKCK, Attorney Harvey worked for a major insurer defending complex and high exposure workers’ compensation matters. Attorney Harvey also worked as an attorney-advisor/law clerk for a federal administrative law judge with the U.S. Department of Labor focusing on federal workers’ compensation matters.
Attorney Harvey was a contributing author for the Lexis Nexis Practice Guide: Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation on hearing and appeal procedures. She was also an assistant editor for the Massachusetts Guide to Evidence.
Attorney Harvey is a 2003 graduate of Boston University and a 2008 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2008 and her practice is concentrated in workers’ compensation.
