Matthew Gemme

Matthew joined TKCK in April 2026. Matthew primarily handles workers' compensation cases. Matthew’s practice is grounded in hands-on experience within the workers’ compensation insurance industry. Prior to joining TKCK, Matthew served as a workers' compensation trial attorney at Zurich American Insurance Company, where he defended high exposure workers’ compensation matters and provided litigation counsel to claims professionals and employers. Before his transition to the bar, Matthew worked as a paralegal in Zurich's Boston workers' compensation practice, supporting over 250 active cases.

Matthew graduated from Suffolk University Law School with his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2014, and from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2011. Matthew was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2014.
