Appellate Practice

Attorney Robert Martin is the manager of TKCK’s appellate practice group for all New England states, and has successfully argued cases before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents Reviewing Board, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Attorney John Canniff has taken Emeritus status and remains an integral participant.
