TKCK offers its aviation clients a unique specialty in defending aviation claims with an in-depth understanding of the legal issues affecting the aviation industry. Our new Aviation defense team includes Attorney Gerry D’Ambrosio and Attorney Steven Bolognese. Gerry has extensive legal experience and has successfully litigated hundreds of cases to a judge or jury in Massachusetts. He has also successfully argued appeals before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Gerry is also a distinguished author contributing to legal research materials published by respected sources such as West’s Massachusetts Practice Series. Recently, Gerry’s successful handling of a civil trial matter was deemed one of the “Biggest Defense Wins of the Year” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Gerry was also included in the 2008 Super Lawyers list published by Boston Magazine.
Attorney Steven Bolognese joined TKCK in 2007. Steven is a licensed pilot and has over twenty years of experience in the commercial airline industry, including various leadership positions at US Airways and United Airlines. Since joining TCKC, Steven has represented several major airlines defending state workers’ compensation claims. He is member of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section – Committee on Aviation and Space Law, and a member in the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
