Ryan L. Schaiberger

Attorney Ryan Schaiberger joined TKCK in 2009, practicing in Massachusetts for both workers' compensation defense matters and Section 37 recoveries. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Vermont in 1999, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2006. While attending law school, Ryan worked full time for private practitioners representing employees in personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability (SSDI and SSI) claims. Most recently, Ryan served as the managing attorney for a defense firm, where he managed their National Recovery Group's Second Injury Fund claims. He developed, drafted, filed and defended more than 150 SIF petitions, negotiating settlements that resulted in millions of dollars in recovery for his clients.
