Vincent M. Tentindo was formerly a senior partner at Peabody & Arnold, LLP from 1995 to 2000 and was a member and Co-Chair of the Litigation Group and Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Group.  From 1978-1995, Vincent was an associate and in 1981 a senior partner at Parker, Coulter, Daley & White, a firm which specialized in litigation for the business and insurance industry.  Vincent received his bachelors degree from Boston College in 1975 magna cum laude, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1978. He is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.

Vincent's practice areas include representing employers and insurers in matters relating to Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law before various Federal and State administrative agencies including but not limited to the Massachusetts Division of Industrial Accidents, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the New Hampshire Department of Labor, and the United States Department of Labor.  He has extensive experience counseling clients on insurance coverage, loss control, and employee/employer relationships.  He also specializes in the representation and counseling of professional sports teams in disability and workers’ compensation issues involving professional athletes.

Vincent is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at New England School of Law in Boston and teaches the course on Worker’s Compensation Practice and Procedures.

Susan F. Kendall was formerly a partner at Peabody & Arnold, LLP from 1995 to 2000. Susan previously worked at Parker, Coulter, Daley & White, a firm which specialized in litigation for the business and insurance industry, as an associate beginning in 1981 and Partner from 1987 to 1995.  Susan received her bachelors degree from Smith College in 1978 and her law degree from New England School of Law, cum laude in 1978. She is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.

 

Susan's practice areas include Workers’ Compensation, Social Security, Long Term Disability benefits and related issues such as FMLA and ADA.  She has worked with the MCLE in regards to Workers’ compensation & social security disability and has taught workshops on social security disability benefits, ADA, FMLA and workers’ compensation to various insurer groups and lawyers.

John J. Canniff was formerly an associate at Peabody & Arnold, LLP from 1995 to 2000, and an associate at Parker, Coulter, Daley & White from 1989 to 1995.  Prior to joining Parker, Coulter, Daley & White, John was a law clerk for the Reviewing Board at the  Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents from 1987 to 1989. John received his bachelors degree from Tufts University in 1979 and his law degree from New England School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to the Massachusetts bar.

John F. Keefe was an associate at Peabody & Arnold, LLP from 1997 to 2000 prior to becoming a Partner at TKCK. John served as the General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents from 1994 to 1997 and as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston, Workers’ Compensation Service from 1992 to 1994. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, cum laude, in 1987 and from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1992. He is admitted to the Massachusetts bar.

Darren I. Goldberg joined TKCK in 2000 as an associate. Prior to coming to TKCK, Darren was an Associate at Peabody & Arnold LLP from 1996 to 2000 and had previously served as a Law Clerk for the City of Boston Workers' Compensation Department.  He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1993 and from New England School of Law in 1996. Mark J. Kelly joined TKCK in 2000 as an associate. Mark earned his B.A. from Boston College in 1984 and his J.D. from New England School of Law in 1994. Prior to coming to TKCK, Mark served as Assistant General Counsel for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Melissa A. Padula joined the TKCK in 2003 as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa worked as a civil litigation attorney as well as a business contract specialist. Melissa completed her law school internship at Neville & Kelley, specializing in civil insurance defense. Melissa also was involved with a program through Michigan State University where she counseled both landlords and tenants regarding all legal housing matters.

Melissa received her Bachelors Degree from North Adams State College and her juris doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1999. She was admitted to the MA State Bar in 1999. She is also admitted to the MA Federal Bar.

Elaine M. Gravante joined TKCK in 2002 as an associate. Elaine graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1996 and received her B.A. from Tufts University in 1989. Prior to coming to TKCK Elaine worked for Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in the Multinational Liability claims and litigation department.

Paul C. Kelly graduated from Boston College in 1951 (BSBA) and from B.C. Law School in 1958 (JD).  From 1951-1953 he served in the U.S. Military as a member of the Counter Intelligence Corp (CIC).  Paul worked at Sentry Insurance for 17 years as an adjuster of claims, Worker's Compensation Supervisor and finally as Trial Counsel specializing in the defense of claims.

Paul was hired by Parker, Coulter, Daley & White in 1971 as Trial Counsel and practiced Law there for over 20 years, serving as Managing Partner of the firm from 1988 -1994.  Paul joined Peabody & Arnold in 1995 once again serving as Trial Counsel defending Insurers and Self Insurers. Paul was named Of Counsel to the newly formed TKCK in 2000.

Anthony D. DaDalt has been with TKCK since 2003. Prior to coming to TKCK, Tony worked as a Trial Attorney for Zurich-American Insurance Company from 1991 - 2003 specializing in workers' compensation and civil litigation. In addition, Tony has also worked as a mediator and arbitrator since 1995. From 1986 to 1991, Tony served as an Administrative Judge for the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA). Prior to serving at the DIA, Tony worked for the National Labor Relations Board serving as a Trial Attorney from 1977-1986, and as a Field Examiner from 1970 - 1977.

 

Tony graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude in 1977. He received his Masters of Science in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts in 1970 and his Bachelors in Arts in Economics from Hobart College in 1967. Tony was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1977.
