Tentindo was formerly a senior partner at Peabody & Arnold, LLP from 1995 to 2000 and was a member and Co-Chair of the Litigation Group and Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Group. From 1978-1995, Vincent was an associate and in 1981 a senior partner at Parker, Coulter, Daley & White, a firm which specialized in litigation for the business and insurance industry. Vincent received his bachelors degree from Boston College in 1975 magna cum laude, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1978. He is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts. Vincent's practice areas include representing employers and insurers in matters relating to Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law before various Federal and State administrative agencies including but not limited to the Massachusetts Division of Industrial Accidents, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the New Hampshire Department of Labor, and the United States Department of Labor. He has extensive experience counseling clients on insurance coverage, loss control, and employee/employer relationships.

Prior to joining Parker, Coulter, Daley & White, John was a law clerk for the Reviewing Board at the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents from 1987 to 1989. John received his bachelors degree from Tufts University in 1979 and his law degree from New England School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to the Massachusetts bar.

John served as the General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents from 1994 to 1997 and as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston, Workers’ Compensation Service from 1992 to 1994. Darren I. Goldberg joined TKCK in 2000 as an associate. Melissa
A. Padula joined the TKCK in 2003 as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa worked as a civil litigation attorney as well as a business contract specialist. Melissa completed her law school internship at Neville & Kelley, specializing in civil insurance defense. Melissa also was involved with a program through Michigan State University where she counseled both landlords and tenants regarding all legal housing matters.

Of Counsel 617-681-1027; pck@tkcklaw.com Paul C. Kelly graduated from Boston College in 1951 (BSBA) and from B.C. Law School in 1958 (JD). From 1951-1953 he served in the U.S. Military as a member of the Counter Intelligence Corp (CIC). Paul worked at Sentry Insurance for 17 years as an adjuster of claims, Worker's Compensation Supervisor and finally as Trial Counsel specializing in the defense of claims. Paul was hired by Parker, Coulter, Daley & White in 1971 as Trial Counsel and practiced Law there for over 20 years, serving as Managing Partner of the firm from 1988 -1994. Paul joined Peabody & Arnold in 1995 once again serving as Trial Counsel defending Insurers and Self Insurers. Paul was named Of Counsel to the newly formed TKCK in 2000.

Anthony D. DaDalt has been with TKCK since 2003. Prior to coming to TKCK, Tony worked as a Trial Attorney for Zurich-American Insurance Company from 1991 - 2003 specializing in workers' compensation and civil litigation. In addition, Tony has also worked as a mediator and arbitrator since 1995. From 1986 to 1991, Tony served as an Administrative Judge for the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA). Prior to serving at the DIA, Tony worked for the National Labor Relations Board serving as a Trial Attorney from 1977-1986, and as a Field Examiner from 1970 - 1977.
Tony graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude in 1977. He received his Masters of Science in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts in 1970 and his Bachelors in Arts in Economics from Hobart College in 1967. Tony was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1977.
